Aaron Reed floats above the party again

I can’t say enough about this guy. He can really make a poor, cloudy day on the lake quite amusing.
We were ripping across Lake Minneola after shooting one morning, and he just jumps out of his seat and lands on the Party Island. He starts flailing around on the thing, jumping up and down like a frog.
Did you know that Reed is Dan C E’s PR events manager? Yes he is. Who is Dan C E? Ohhhhhhhhh, you’ll see.

Hey Josh how long was Aaron jumping on that thing before he fell in? It looks like he is about to just miss the tube and go right in the water. lol
Man, he is good. Real good. He never fell in. Think about what he does 70ft behind the boat. Cat-like awareness and reflexes.
That is very true. I guarantee after two jumps like that for me and I would already be in the water haha. Did you use film for this shot?
Yeah, i’m sure i would be into the drink as well. And yes….velvety, rich, grainy Tri-X. My favorite. I really have a fondness for that stuff. Desaturating a color image just isn’t the same. Plus….that’s cheating.
Oh yea believe me I agree whole heartedly. I feel that if I was to take a B&W photo I would do it using my Minolta XD5 with good ol’ Kodak 400 film.
That’s awesome Ray. Just feels right huh?
Well when I first went into photo school for the Marine Corps I was required to master “the art” of traditional B&W film. They basically taught us everything about it including how to properly mix the chemicals to develope the film and prints in the dark room.
